I am very unhappy because I did ordered a type of dress and I did received another type. I was on my holiday and very busy and I almost have 30 days and I did not manage to return it. I do not know what to do now. Thank you.

Really great clothes and the customer support is so easy to access and Jerome who helped me was really clear explaining what I needed to do as I had messed up my return form. Couldn’t have been simpler and a really quick response. Thanks Jerome

Good customer service
Although I received an incorrect product the customer service was great in terms of fast communication and an easy way to get the problem resolved.

Unfortunately an incorrect size was sent to me due to the clothing being labelled up incorrectly.
The whole process of returning the garment was easy and I was kept in the loop by one of their representatives. The replacement was sent by Coast and the whole experience was sorted in less than a week.

Terrible service again
Terrible service again. I have had to raise another complaint to this company, following a similar issue a few months ago. I placed an order, payment authorised, then received an error message instead of order confirmation screen. Assumed order hadn't gone through so placed it again but the same thing happened. Payment has been taken twice but I have received no order confirmation emails and order doesn't show on my account on their website. Customer service are fobbing me off saying an order can take up to 48 hours to show on their website and customer service system. Nonsense - that wouldn't happen in 2022!! Leaving a very bad taste in my mouth - the dress is for my young daughter for my brothers wedding. Really not sure I even want it now due to this negative experience!

I ordered a dress on 4th July and paid for express delivery and still haven't received it. The track my parcel portal does not work. I've sent an email but had no response. Very disappointed as hoped to have this for a wedding.
Ordered a jumpsuit but received a dress…
Ordered a jumpsuit but received a dress for some reason! Contacted customer service to make them aware about the mistake. I needed the jumpsuit asap for an event, I was told the jumpsuit would only be sent out once I returned the dress! Shocking as it was a mistake on their behalf, obviously I would be returning the dress as I didn’t order it but at least have the decency to send me out what I ordered right away! Very poor customer service! Needless to say I went elsewhere and managed to purchase something even better. Won’t be back!
Great customer service
Bought 3 dresses, they were delivered on the promised date. One of them was incorrect and I didn't like the others when I tried them on so I've returned all. Returning process was easy, customer service was very quick to response and helpful.

Missing item
I received my order, however a item was missing. I left it for a while awaiting delivery so contacted Coast after 10 days. There was no issue getting the item replaced which arrived within 2 days, following communication with agent John. Easy, efficient service. Thank you.
Excellent service once again!
I ordered a beautiful, but very expensive dress from Coast. I opted for next day delivery and I did indeed receive the item the next day. The dress was gorgeous but unfortunately it didn't quite suit me so I returned it.
It was a simple and easy returns process, and I received my refund very quickly. My two positive shopping experiences at Coast will encourage me to continue shopping with them as their clothes are lovely.
